Who We Are

The Hong Kong Professional Disability Network will be the first platform in Hong Kong to bring disability inclusive employers together in a collaborative effort to increase disability confidence to:

• Raise awareness on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities;
• Share best practices to drive strategic cultural and community changes on disability inclusion;
• Pioneer projects with relevant industries to provide training on and improve the accessibility of their products and services
• Help individuals with disabilities find suitable work opportunities; and
• Advocate for better resources for individuals with disabilities through partnerships with businesses, government and non-government organizations

As our membership grows, we hope to bring on experts in different fields who can help to:

• Provide consultation services for the full spectrum of management tools and audits for the assessment, benchmarking and monitoring of disability confidence within organizations
• Build up a comprehensive and detailed library of research, case studies and resources in disciplines such as legal rights, company policies, best practices and professional health services to enable transparency and improve diversity
