Willis Towers Watsons: Panel Discussion

SENsational Foundation held a panel discussion with the Willis Tower Watsons (WTW) workability team. The team was comprised of more than sixty people including their Hong Kong and Philippines team.

Director and Founder, Faride Shroff was the moderator of this webinar, and spoke to recruitment professionals, experienced CEOs and even SENsational board members. Sharing their insights and experiences on how visible and invisible disabilities can and should be included in the workforce enabled the WTW staff to explore their own biases in a critical manner.
