Manulife: Ability Awareness Training

SENsational Foundation was invited to deliver an Ability Awareness Training to a team at Manulife. The training covered the what, why and how of beginning inclusive hiring, and included several simulations to frame what living with various disabilities might be like. These activities were conducted by SENsational Foundation's Director and Founder, Faridé Shroff, supported by a team of volunteers. It was attended by more than twenty Manulife staff members.
